 Commitment to Nutrition

Our nutrition plan is designed to provide young children with balanced and healthy meals that support their growth and development. A variety of fruits, whole grains, and proteins are served each day to ensure that children receive essential nutrients. We prioritize fresh, seasonal ingredients often grown in our very own school garden. We aim to introduce children to diverse flavors encourage a lifelong appreciation for healthy eating. We also accommodate many dietary restrictions. Our meals contain no added sugars or red dyes and are low in both gluten and lactose.

 

We promote family-style dining to foster social skills and healthy eating habits. Participation in the meal plan is optional, parents may pack meals and snacks instead if they prefer. Our meal plan includes breakfast, lunch and a snack in portions appropriate for the child's age and tailored individual appetite. All for the affordable rate of $20 a week or $5 a day for part-time students.
