Commitment to Nutrition
Our nutrition plan is designed to provide young children with balanced and healthy meals that support their growth and development. A variety of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and proteins are served each day to ensure that children receive essential nutrients. We prioritize fresh, seasonal ingredients often grown in our very own school garden. We aim to introduce children to diverse flavors encourage a lifelong appreciation for healthy eating. We also accommodate many dietary restrictions. Our meals contain no added sugars or artificial dyes are high in protein and fiber.
Participation in the meal plan is included in tuition but is completely optional, parents may pack meals and snacks instead if they prefer. Our meal plan includes breakfast, lunch and a snack in portions appropriate for the child's age and tailored individual appetite.
